A self led practice that allows you to move at your own pace but have a teacher present at all times to guide you when needed. If you are new, you will be taught step by step by the teacher at a pace that suits your individual needs.

Ladies moon cycle; feel free to rest for the first three days of your menstrual cycle. You may wish to practice more gentle restorative postures.

Please do not come to practice if you are sick or contagious. Practice gently at home or take rest.

Please arrive showered, with a clean mat and towel ready for practice. There are no showers or change rooms provided but there are two large washrooms available.

Please leave mobile phones on silent.
